FLORESTA GARDENS TOWERS 107 & 108 - The Pearl, Qatar

Project Description:
Two residential towers with ground floor, 3 podiums, amenities floor including infinity swimming pool, 15 typical residential floors, 2 penthouses floors and roof.
The structural systems of the project are a post tension system for the typical residential floors and RC system for the other floors. The amenities and roof floors are including steel structure systems.
The project is constructed on working piles included all the required testing piles.
The façade Cladding is a GRC system.
Project Value: Approx. 280 million QAR.
EZDAN CENTRAL PARK - Al Wukair, Qatar.

Project Description:
The Project consist of 2 areas/parks; the area of Park 1 is 174, 000 m2 and consists of 6 blocks with 37 residential building. The area of Park 2 is 126, 000 m2 and consist of 4 blocks with 24 residential buildings. Every building consists of 1 basement, ground floor and 3 typical residential floors. The project also is including a mosque located in park 2.
The structural system of the project is RC system.
VIVA BAHRIA-24 TOWER - The Pearl, Qatar.
(August 2016 - May 2019)
Project Description:
Residential Tower with 2 basement floors, ground floor including 2 swimming pools, 23 typical residential floors and roof. The project is also including 4 chalets at the ground floor facing to the sea side with 2 floors.
The structural systems of the project are a post tension system for the typical residential floors and RC system for the other floors. The roof floor is including steel structure systems.
The project is constructed on working piles included all the required testing piles.
The façade Cladding is Precast Concrete Cladding.
Project Value: Approx. 250 million QAR.
PLACE VENDOME MALL - Lusail, Qatar.

Project Description:
The project is considered the biggest shopping mall in Qatar which consist of 1, 150, 000 m2 four-floored, open concept mall houses 580 high-end and mid-range stores, big dancing fountain and water canal. The project also consists of 3 hotel/residential towers connected to the mall.
The structural system of the project is RC system including steel structure for some areas such as skylight domes and link bridges. The project is constructed on working piles included all the required testing piles.
Project Value: Approx. 1.3 billion USD.
• Responsibilities:
- Attending to Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner and ensure that all the works are done as per the project specification and approved drawings.
- Reviewing the project submittals such as drawings, method statement, material submittals, correspondence, etc. in compliance with the project specification, IFC drawings, and codes.
- Performing a detailed assessment of the submitted structural calculations and providing feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring adherence to project specifications and building codes.
- Coordinate with Project Designer for review and approval of drawings before implementation at site.
- Make Coordination between different disciplines drawings to ensure no conflicts during the construction works.
- Coordinate with various teams, including design, manufacturing, construction, and maintenance teams, to ensure project goals are met.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the project team members.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and problems that arise during the project.
- Prepare site progress and technical reports addressed to the head office or the client.
- Witnessing the 3rd party testing at the site or laboratory and deciding the acceptance of these tests results.
- Attend and participate all the site technical and progress meetings.
- Reviewing the Interim Payment Reports and actual site progress percentages submitted by contractor using the quantity surveying skills.
