PCEF has set of modules running in CPP which enforces rule for Subscriber / System as given by PCRF. In PCRF System Level Package as well as subscriber based Packages can be created. Rules for Access Control, Charging, Bandwidth Control can be created in PCRF by the Operator. Subscriber can Subscribe/Unsubscribe to any Packages Real time. PCRF supports SOAP interaction with third party Servers. Communication between PCRF and PCEF is based on Standard Gx Diameter Protocol

Project Name: Protcol Based Charging
Huawei MBB VGS supports Protocol Based Charging in which differentiated rating can be done based on Protocol which Subscriber accesses. Huawei DPI can identify many Application Specific Protocols. Charging Rules can be created based on these Protocols and can be Grouped into a packages which Subscriber can Subscribe.

Project Title: Bandwidth Control
Huawei MBB VGS Product Supports Bandwidth Control by which Operator can effectively distribute Bandwidth among the Subscribers. Product gives high flexibility in a way that VIP/Gold Customers can enjoy Guaranteed Bandwidth even in Peak Hours. Bandwidth Control can be done based on several network Parameters - Protocol, Subscriber Group, Specific Time of a day, CellID, APN, IMEI .At any Point of time User can Subscribe to Higher Bandwidth Package to enjoy More Speed

Huawei Product can gives Service Usage and Reports of Network. Detail Reports like Top Accessing Subscribers, Top Accessed site, Protocols and Many More Reports is displayed in a User Friendly GUI which Operator can use to know his Network Utilization
