Credits Department (Commercial / SME)
- To carry out detailed and thorough financial
analysis of credit proposals, review credit
applications, evaluate credit risk, repayment
capacity, adequacy/enforceability of collaterals,
and prepare detailed credit memorandum/
proposal for consideration/approval of
management.
- To manage credit operations of branch.
- Compliance of Prudential Regulations & Internal
Policies.
- To monitor and streamline the actual utilization of
financing facilities availed by the clients.
- Correspondence with clients, area/region office,
Head Office, CAD and Risk Management
Division.
- To ensure that the department’s financial records
and security documents are kept and maintained as
per the requirement of CAD, Bank’s credit policy
manual, SBP Prudential Regulations and other
policies and procedures adopted time to time.
- To deal with internal/external auditors and credit
administration, correspondences with Bank’s
Corporate Offices, State Bank of Pakistan and
other regulatory bodies over their related issues.
- Marketing and meeting with clients, negotiate and
structure financing facilities for clients.
- Member/Secretary of Branch Credit Committee.
