Project: Tank Firm Project
Scope & Responsibilities: Completed fabrication & erection of “Disposal tanks and Fire Water tanks”
Monitoring day-to-day operations and documents related to the project milestone.
Attending client meetings & managing all project-related issues.
Monitoring clients’ HSE guidelines and coordinating safety programs.
Establishing the overall success criteria for a project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.

Scope & Responsibilities:
Factory interface with the sales department.
Implementing production plans effectively to utilize the overall plant capacities and look after to ensure 100% schedule adherence.
Involved in production planning at the start of every month according to the customer demand.
Scheduling in-process activities based on knowledge of operational commitments, desired inventory levels and allocation plans.
Capacity planning shop order release, dispatch/shop scheduling and in-process execution in coordination with the production dept.
Preparing management information Status (MIS) reports ensures progress in the department.
Project: Cast Wheel Project :
Scope & Responsibilities: Completed 15, 000 MT of fabrication & erection of structural steel for different workshop bldgs. Installation of EOT Cranes & monorails. Piping work of wastewater, drinking water and firefighting system throughout the Rly.Plant
Implemented and planned the execution strategies, resource planning, contractors monitoring and oversight programs.
Checking and certification monthly bills and invoices from vendors and contractors.
Study of drawing, input to the consultant.
Coordination with own team to ensure smooth execution and handover.
Project: Aditya Alumina Refinery Project
Scope & Responsibilities: Completed 12, 000 MT of fabrication & erection of structural steel of different workshop bldgs., Coke Silo fabrication and erection by Bygging hydraulic jacking system. Installation of EOT Cranes and monorails. Assembled & erected 300 MT of Alumina Silos roof girders in a single lift at 42.3 Mtr. Ht. by Strand jack system.
Coordinating and directing all site activities as per the approved schedule and for efficient cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate with client representatives on all projects related activities.
Resource planning before any execution.
