• Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
• Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
• Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.

● Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt for satisfactory deliveries
● Inspect contents to ensure they are not any damaged & volume
● Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, expiry etc.)
● Share the detail with Purchasing Team if an issue is identified
● Assume responsibility for returning unsatisfactory shipments or receiving replacements
● Label and allocate them to their designated place
● Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control
