• Client Management - ESNAAD/ADDC/ADMA/Al Futtaim Engineering (Contracts/Tender submission/Payments and dispute handling).
• Project Management (Site Visits/Client Management/Invoice Submission and dispute handling).
• Responsible for providing end to end HR Support for all divisions within the business, including operations, technical, contracts and administration
• Responsible for the preparation of monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy of and approval of payroll entries (tracking and deduction of advances and other special payroll deductions.)
• Establish/Maintain employee records: ensure that changes in employee details are recorded correctly and in a timely manner
• Member of Griffith University GI Mates and part of the GI Ambassador team for promoting Griffith University with current and prospective international students in person and through social networking. Participated in a Leadership & Personality Development Program Achieved acclamation for the following Presentations during MBA: Research on operations and marketing strategy of ‘Caterpillar ‘ Expatriates and repatriation Working conditions of the Netherlands compared to Saudi Arabia.
