Reporting to the Managing Director & General Manager of the company. Spearheading the marketing & business development of the company's General Trading, Retail & Hospitality Divisions. Hired to market some of the world’s high-end brands in the line of Interior Finishes & Fit-Outs, Industrial & Safety Products, Hospitality Products etc & to generate new business leads & project opportunities for the divisions. Managing & handling the sales team from all departments. Key responsibilities include marketing all company products(esp, Niche Marketing), find & bring in new projects & distribute to the departments concerned, make sure proposals are submitted on time & projects executed within the deadline, brand promotion, market research, competitors analysis, leading & supporting the sales team, maintaining customer & supplier relationship, sales & projects follow up with the team, presentations on marketing plans & products, meetings & business presentations with the clients, hold sales meetings & prepare monthly report for the board, build sales funnel & device strategies to gain further market share, control expenses as per the company budget guidelines & follow up with the sales team for the outstanding payments with the clients.

Accomplishments:

• Increase in the annual turnover by 40% in less than 3 years (From BHD 4.5 mn in the year 2010 to BHD 6.4 mn in the year 2013) through aggressive sales, creating customer base & promoting the brands through proper marketing channels including local Trade Shows/Exhibitions.

• Formulated & implemented system for market survey & reports, projects database & follow ups for the company & the team.

• Carefully handled the applications & submissions for pre-qualification of company's some of the specialized products & services with few local industry giants & ministries & successfully became their approved vendor to cater to their various regular requirements. Become approved vendor for Arab Shipbuilding & Repair Yard Company(ASRY), Bahrain Petroleum Company(Bapco), Aluminium Bahrain(ALBA), Gulf Petrochemical Industries Co.(GPIC), Bahrain Airport Company(BAC), Ministry of Works(MoW), Ministry of Housing(MoH) & Bahrain Defense Force(BDF) .
