1) Responsible for Estimation, Design Development / Drawing, Preparation & development of Techno Commercial proposals, Submission of Tenders, Technical Documents, Coordination, Expediting etc.
2) Recording and analyzing of Tender / Inquiry documents and writing for clarifications to the clients and the consultants.
3) Preparing Estimation and Techno Commercial proposals / Quotation’s submitting to the concerned.
4) Considering tolerance as per International Standards on System, Sections, Finish etc. and or suggesting alternative sections / specifications to client to match their application use and reducing the price to fit in client final budget.
5) Preparing Pre-Qualification documents, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), BOM (Bill of Material), Material Take Of (MTO), Compliance Statement, Data Sheets, Value Engineering & Turnover Packages.
6) Preparing technical / engineering drawings in Auto CAD and managing & guiding other draftsman in the process.
7) Computes costs by analyzing Labor, Material, and time requirements for each job.
8) Preparing qualifications, deviations and exception list to Client specifications.
9) Attending technical meetings with customers for presenting the proposal and discuss key information before finalizing Tenders / Proposals.
10) Monitoring and managing the deadlines of each tender and ensuring that the proposals are on track and removing bottle necks by escalating issues/ concerns at appropriate points.
11) Ensuring that all tenders are properly administered by following company guidelines and processes.
12) Preparing a budget for any jobs awarded to the company.
13) Develop / upgrade estimating standards by monitoring and evaluating cost of won work activities compared to the tender budget prices.
14) Attending all Technical Queries (TQ) and resolving them by providing technical assistance.
15) Checking the Purchase Order from Client for Price, Terms & Conditions, Delivery terms, Consignee Name, Notify Party Name etc. and preparing Proforma Invoices with acceptable terms.
16) Preparing General Arrangement drawings, Shop drawings, Layout drawing with coordinate marking and Manufacturing detailed drawing in Auto CAD 2D / 3D.
17) Preparing of Internal BOQ, Production Request with detailed Material Requirement, Finish, Specifications, Grade and Accessories for Production Purpose.
18) Ensuring that structure manufactured can be easily shipped through Trailer / Container / Air shipment.
19) Final checking of all Technical & Commercial Documents before submitting to the client.
20) Visiting Site for Dimensional checks, visual inspection for actual site conditions and rectification if required and proposing alternative.
21) Sending out Request for quotation (RFQ) to vendors / suppliers to obtain price quotations and calculating the turnaround time for receivable of material.
22) Setting up and managing bid data history so as to ensure complete traceability at all time.
Major Project Handled / Worked:
a) Total E&P - Bolivia an Oil & Gas Company|Incahuasi & Onshore Pipeline EPC5A - Bolivia & Papua New Guinea project worth $ 4.60 Million.
b) Petrofac International Ltd. - U.A.E an Oil & Gas Company|In - Salah Southern Field Development & Reggane Nord Development & Al Rar Inlet Separation And Boosting Facilities - Algeria Project woth $ 14.93 Million.
c) FLUOR Corporation - U.S.A an Engineering and Construction company|Logcap - IV - Niger project woth $ 2.78 Million.
My responsibilities:
1) Prepared Estimation, filled RFQ and submitted commercial Bid to designated email ID and Technical Bid to concerned technical department.
2) Attended Kick-off meeting, Client meeting for pre technical discussion, drawing submission & delivery.
3) Plan, Organize and Schedule all project related activates through Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
4) Prepared MRB, SDR, ITP, drawing and submission for approval in Code- 1 / 0 for construction purpose.
5) Attended ongoing project status meeting both internally and on client interface.
1) Worked & Maintained Latest Rosandal Extruder Machine & Armoring Machines.
2) Selected tools and done centering for the extrusion.
3) Calculated Speed and RPM for smooth flow of Extrusion.
4) Imposed plan in unplanned maintenance to maintain the high efficiency when producing the products.
5) Conducted research parts specification in technical data in preparation for spare parts documentation.
6) Performed troubleshooting and adjusted in several machines of extruder.
7) Checked daily start-up in monitor the function of electrical in mechanical control.
8) Done scheduled preventive maintenance in every equipment to avoid sudden breakdown of the machines.
1) Prepared Piping and Structure drawings of Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessel (AHTS) and Multi Purpose Supply Vessel (MPSV)
2) Prepared “As fitted” drawings (Hull, Outfit, Piping and Electrical).
3) Prepared Isometrics Drawing, Nesting Plan, MEP drawing, Cutting Plan & Bill of material for production.
4) Compared classification society Approved drawings with Production drawings to ensure no deviations & Communicate to design office in case of queries if any.
5) Prepared cutting plan drawings for CNC cutting machine and prepared BOQ for block fabrication and checking the stock list regularly for CNC cutting plans.
6) Updated & modified P&ID diagrams and sending for approval from client.
7) Modified Spool Drawings as per actual welding’s (Piping & Structural).
8) Maintained, Prepared & Updated Drawing Register for vessels being built in the yard.
9) Maintained manuals of vessels and updating the modified approved documents.
10) Done Planning of vessels and Checking offset tables.
11) Done structural approx. weight calculation of Block for assembly.
12) To ensure latest revised drawings are available with all the departments.
13) Prepared & Maintained documents & records for ISO 9001:2008.
14) Prepared Yard drawings like Yard Development Plan, Launching of Vessels, Pushing of Vessels etc.
15) Prepared Weekly & Monthly progress report (With Progress Photos).
