Supervision of All accounts related works up to finalization.
➢ Provide financial statements & schedules required by Management and
Auditors.
➢ L/C Opening, Documentation.
➢ Payables: Check reconciliations of Suppliers, Customers, Bank etc.
prepared by Accountants.
➢ Check & reconcile intercompany Accounts
➢ Daily cash flow statement, 3 months cash flow forecast.
Handling the payable section includes Payable to suppliers, Payroll, Bank
transfers, LC etc. up to finalization.
➢ Prepare Cash flow statement daily and report to finance manager. Cash
flow forecast for Three months to financial manager.
➢ Prepare monthly payable report, PDC schedules, and inward bill
collection due date schedule and send the request to bank for payment.
➢ LC Opening, Import LC Acceptance documentation, Export LC
documentation, Discounting of LC, Refinancing of LC etc.
➢ Bank reconciliation, Suppliers account reconciliation. Correspondence to
suppliers &Bank.
➢ Preparation of Aging analysis of suppliers .Reconciliation of Dubai
customs A/c, Reconciliation of E-dirham, Monitor petty cash fund.
➢ Monthly stock checking in Raw material store& Reconciliation of stock.
➢ Month end closing entries for depreciation, Provisions, deductions for
employees Loans &advances
➢ Assisting in finalization, provide other statements & schedules required by
Management and Auditors.
Allocation of Cost of material to various cost centers. Reservation of
Material for Various drilling Projects,
➢ Vendor Invoice Posting
➢ On behalf of Material Control supervisor doing some other Works in SAP
like Usage decision of material in Qa /QC Module
➢ Issue Goods receipt inspection clearance to the vendors for Invoicing.
➢ Check Physical inventory of various drilling Materials with the SAP
inventory and ensure the inventory by using Various T-codes in
connection with the auditing purpose
