Responsibilities : As a Senior ITSM consultant, my involvement here was right from workshops
through technical go-live.
It was a green-field implementation involving multiple BMC and third-party
products. I was involved in technical workshops, gathering requirements,
solution design, installations, Configurations & Customizations of ITSM
modules and integrations with iBRSD, AD, BAO, IPSoft and Custom
Applications. I was also involved in planning and coordinating UAT with all
the vendors and ITSM user trainings.

Responsibilities : I was a senior Remedy developer here. I was involved in implementing new
changes into the system resulted out of new requirements in Incident,
Change Management and SRM.

7.5. The customizations had to be moved manually into the new systems
after the upgrade. Not to forget that there are architectural differences
between these versions apart from the fact that ITSM was hugely
customized. Since it is a native approach, a cautious and controlled
upgrade was planned amongst different environment keeping each other as
reference environment.

Title : BMC Remedy ITSM Implementation - NXP Semiconductors/TCS

Responsibilities : This project had multiple vendors integrating their systems to the
customer’s centralized Remedy system. As part of this project I was at
client location in the Netherlands to provide demoes and gather
requirements. The project was implemented from off-shore though. I was
responsible for designing a standard solution from Remedy side for a bi-
directional integration, which in this case was a standard Remedy
Webservices for publishing and development for consuming the vendor
Webservices. I was involved in customizations as well to cater to
customer’s internal requirements. I was responsible for the co-ordinating
the UAT and end-user trainings.
