• Validate that a prospective mortgagor’s loan application adheres to the lenders, Investors (Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae’s) and guidelines of applicable government agencies to approve the loan.
• Mark errors for any deficiencies observed on the loan.
• Verify the accuracy of supporting employment documents, sources of down payment/reserves, appraisal value and property title commitment received.
• Identify the mortgage insurance requirement (MI) and follow the MI guidelines, if applicable.
• Analyzing the risk involved in approving a loan to determine whether or not it is acceptable to the lender.
* Issuance of policy to customer according to their needs, health and income.
* Cancelation of policy on the request of the customer.
* Sending reminders regarding premium due date.
* Add and delete beneficiaries / POA as per the customer request.
