Hani Safadi

I finished my Master degree in the field of Electrical and Computer Engineering Department of Computing and Automation Major on Computer Science and Information System at the Faculty of Technical Science University of Novi Sad Republic of Serbia , with title conferred ( professional title ) Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering . My Master Thesis was conducted under the direction of Prof. Zora Konjovic , and looks at the use of a relatively new methodology based on open source platform for academic scholarly electronic journal . In my research, I developed an integrated design and analysis environment for this methodology in which both strength and service ability requirements are explicitly satisfied. Although my Thesis focuses on a single topic, which is collecting data from all faculty graduation projects , Master thesis and PhD dissertation and put it in one place which is a university journal called ( Zbornik Radova FTN ) which give the Professors ability to analysis it before and after publishing and correct and comment before final publishing. University education has given me a wide range of knowledge in Hardware and Software technology which was amendatory subjects during my master study and research. Also the university education insight me into the practical aspects of business, importance of organization and teamwork, i work as Undergraduate Demonstrator in University of Technical science Novi Sad, Serbia I was responsible of day to day operation of the lab , student performance , supervise daily operation ..etc this was part of my Master study then I get an opportunity to work as Information System Teacher in one Academy in Serbia named ( Akademija 28 ) in Belgrade where I teach information system for undergraduate student I work also as Business development manager in several companies in Serbia and Kuwait, where i met the importance of interpersonal relationships in the business environment and these experiences largely developed my communication skills by working first as a member of numerous teams, and then as organizer and leader of a project team.
