Working as project management & Independent Commissioning Agent (ICA) in charge for ELV systems (BMS/PLC/SCADA, Fire alarm, ACS, CCTV, GRMS, ICT, Lighting control system, BGM /

AV System, Disable Toilet alarm, Intercom, IPTV, Digital signage, Integration and management level testing, Headend SCADA testing.

 Accountable for providing technical expertise by reviewing the contractor’s plans, procedure and logic sequences.

 Witness testing and commissioning inspection and maintain a dashboard of the progress onsite for the different stages of project execution.

 Coordination activities to bring all project interfaces together as an integrated system.

Project: HIA Airport Expansion (Taxiway and Stand Development) Package-0012. (Value: 04 Billion QAR)

Responsible for review of subcontractor Engineering submittals, material submittals, drawings, T&C procedure, Integration control documents (ICDs) in co-ordination with vendors.

In charge for the supervision of installation & Testing & Commissioning activities of ELV systems - BMS / IBMS, ACS, CCTV, Fire Alarm system, emergency light, Physical security systems, Structured cabling, Network Active switches, pumping station PLC controls, SCADA and Special Airport Systems (SAS) - High Mast light, AGL system, VDGS, Hatch pits, pop up pits, GPUs and ensure completeness, correctness, compliance with the Scope of work.

Integration testing of ELV and SAS systems with their respective head end / central system.

Prepare installation & T&C witnessing documents and carryout inspection with the consultants.

Maintaining site status reports, punch list, Co-ordination activities.

Part of handing over inspection with client, organized system trainings to the client.

Project: Expressway Group 8 - Al Rayyan Road Project (Value: 5.7 Billion QAR)

Supervision & Consulting, design review, installation, testing & commissioning activities of Pumping stations(Storm water tanks & Foul Sewer) PLC / SCADA system, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) for Tunnels and Surface Roads, ICT, tunnels Systems integration with SCADA, PLC controls of tunnel MEP equipment’s, Power monitoring system, Security systems (CCTV, ANPR, ACS).

Inspection / Witnessing of Site acceptance testing (SAT) for ITS (Intelligent transportation system) and testing of SCADA systems in TopXView GUI.

Maintaining inspection reports, Co-ordination activities.

Involved in client inspection for Instrumentation / SCADA / ITS / ICT system.

Project: Doha Metro Rail Major Stations (Value: 2.5 Billion QAR)

Responsible for review of engineering submittals, material submittals, commissioning test procedures and method statements.

Supervised the installation, testing & commissioning activities of ELV / ICT systems - BMS / PLC, SCADA, Fire Alarm, Security Systems, Lighting control system, ICT / Structured cabling, System Integration testing.

Prepare installation & T&C witnessing documents and carryout inspection with the consultants. Maintaining site status reports, punch list /snag reports, Co-ordination activities.

Carried out integration test for all MEP equipment’s in IBMS / SCADA (Factory Talk GUI).

Project: Qatar Petroleum District Project - High Rise Buildings (Value: 05 Billion QAR)

Responsible for the design review of ELV Systems - ICT, BMS (Siemens System), Electronic security systems (CCTV, Access Control) -shop drawings, as-built drawings, installation, testing and commissioning method statements.

Carry out field level Testing and Commissioning activities of ELV, BMS, PLC, Fire alarm, Security System, ICT & SCADA.

Prepare installation & T&C witnessing documents and carryout inspection with the consultants.

Maintaining site status reports, punch list, Co-ordination activities. Responsible for the integration testing of MEP control systems in IBMS/ SCADA through Siemens Desigo Insight GUI.


Supervising, tracking & monitoring the installation & commissioning activities of BMS field device installations, SCADA, Fire alarm cause and effect testing.

Responsible for the testing in Main Control Center for integration testing in SCADA / IBMS through Siemens Desigo Insight GUI for all the building MEP systems.

Contractor: Obayashi Corp, Kajima Corp & Yapi Merkezi JV (JTMJV),
Duration: Apr 09 - Mar 12

Accountable for project management, inspections, installation, testing / commissioning and handover of BMS (Honeywell & Rockewell System), tunnel ventilation system (TVS), ICT, SCADA testing. Involved in FA cause and effect test and IBMS integration test.

Responsible for the testing of SCADA software using Honeywell’s Enterprise Building Integrator (EBI) for all the station networks in OCC - Overall control center.

Project: The Avenues Mall - Phase 01 (Value: 300 Million USD)

Prepared IO point list, supervised installation, carried out programming, pre commissioning and commissioning activities of BMS System.
