Responsible for providing technical solutions throughout the life cycle of the project whilst assisting employees to overcome any technical issues in all areas with special attention to the Mobile applications development area of expertise.
I was leading a team of Mobile app developers and was responsible in creating architectural design artefacts for mobile solutions addressing customer requirements. Assess and manage functional and non-functional requirements and ensure that they are addressed with the technical solution. Coaching and guiding colleagues in the progression and development of their personal and technical skills.
Responsible for planning, processing and implementing large-scale projects from conception to completion in an efficient manner. Design and develop programming systems making specific determinations about system performance. Support management of the team’s technical infrastructure (e.g., repository, build system, testing system) under guidance from the systems engineer or project leader.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Work on bug fixing and improving application performance. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximise development efficiency.
