Market Development
o Directly responsible for increasing the market share of Techmart for Microsoft products in UAE region
o Drive brand targets and ensure monthly achievements
o Weekly business review with Microsoft and the internal stakeholders to track the monthly achievements and attainment of marketing activity budget
o Closely monitor the brand P&L as per the agreed targets
o Liaise with sales team, country managers and sub-distributors for the effective execution, alignment of the brand targets, and ensuring monthly achievements
Product Management
o Manage product life cycle including product pricing, new product launch, forecasting, and inventory management
o Gather information on market dynamics to support better decision making and plan the brand execution accordingly
o Understand customer requirements and plan the marketing activities accordingly
o Ensure compliant brand communications and marketing plans
o Ensure the alignment of marketing plans with Microsoft category team
o Conduct product training for front-line executives to develop brand knowledge and selling techniques
o Proactively managed all the brand related queries and issues
o Liaise and support the cross functional team on a day to day basis
Operation & Inventory Management
o Maintain optimal stock levels to ensure timely availability of products
o Timely manage the excess and ageing stocks
o Hands on experience on Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP system
Relationship Management
o Manage relationship with Microsoft stakeholders
o Work collaboratively with Microsoft for assisting and troubleshooting, to ensure that the products are competitive and marketable

2. Performed various marketing activities to position the brand in this region and generate awareness in the minds of the consumers
ATL activities - Manage and position the contents of brochures, leaflets and newspaper advertisements
BTL activities - Organized outdoor marketing campaigns at various channels
3. Managed the customer relationship in the organization
1. Support function for processing orders and liaising with customer for documentations
2. Maintain the inventory levels in accordance with the forecasted and actual sales
3. Understand the documentations involved in goods trading (Bill of Entry (B.E.), Bill of Lading (B.L.), Transfer of Ownership, Certificate of Origin etc.)
