Manage all the activities concerned with Finance & Accounts of the Company. Prepare Regular MIS Reports like Sales Vs. Budget, Monthly Financial Statements, etc and report to Senior Management with analytical review and evaluation. Review monthly financial statements and statistical reports. Develops, organizes and coordinates all accounting systems to ensure complete and accurate records of assets, liabilities and financial transactions. Establishes and maintains sound internal control practice. Oversee all financial records and reports as required. Participate in Preparing the annual budget as based on information gathered based on past, current and anticipated expenditures and revenues. Participate in all discussions with the Executive Management Team related to the financial activities of the company. Report to the Head - Accounts & Finance and COO.
Plans, directs and coordinates all activities concerned with the Financial Administration. Review monthly financial statements and statistical reports. Develops, organizes and coordinates all accounting systems to ensure complete and accurate records of assets, liabilities and financial transactions. Establishes and maintains sound internal control practice. Oversee all financial records and reports as required internally, by other regulating agencies, and state and federal authorities. Oversees the preparation for the annual CPA audit and facilitate the needs of the auditor. Participate in Preparing the annual budget as based on information gathered based on past, current and anticipated expenditures and revenues. Participate in all discussions with the Executive Management Team related to the financial activities of the company. Report to the Finance Manager and General Manager.
