Strategy / Policy / Talent Management

• Develop innovating staffing solutions and strategies to enhance the quality of selection, optimize the financial cost of hiring in reduce time frames.
• Oversee the new employee induction and on-boarding to the team.
Performance Management
• Ensure an effective performance management system is in place to evaluate individual performance versus set objectives
• Ensure proper implementation of a performance management system and provide the necessary facilitation and support during exercise
• See that the annual appraisal results are as per the company policies and set budgets
• Link the appraisal results to the merit review and bonus process in a fair manner where high performers are rewarded as per their contribution.

Training & Development / Employee Engagement
• Designing and developing framework to support overall Training & Development process with a view to enhance the current skill profile of employees and support their endeavor for development.
• Identify key engagement drivers and develops the supporting strategies to align people, processes, and work-related systems in order to achieve meaningful levels of job satisfaction and retention for employee base.


Employee Relations / compensation and benefit/HR Budget
• Partner with various key stakeholders to provide strategic and operational HR advices to address core business needs.
• Review and harmonize compensation and benefit strategies and practices across the various countries and participate in industry salary survey and biennial benchmarking exercises to ensure competitiveness within industries

Labour Laws Compliances / HSE
• Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.

Expatriates employees Management / Administration
• Manage entire life cycle of expatriate’s staff from hiring to separations
• Supervise Admin support for expats - Housing, Car, Visa, Permits etc.

Attrition Management:

• Regular monitoring of the condition of the Amenities for maintenance as well as new requirements.
• Ensuring proper upkeep of Rest Rooms, Lunch Rooms, Workstations etc
Contract Management & Administration:
• Administer and rationalize labor requirements and Payments of wages.
• Administer and coordinate with various contractors at unit.
• Administration of labor supply for departments through contractors.
