Develop and monitor project program on weekly and monthly basis.
Develop control indicators and measure progress against s-curve.
Define WBS, co-ordination with client for scope clarification, etc.
Highlighting concerns and critical activities to the project manager.
Prepare EOT claim if necessary.
Prepare construction schedule with risk analysis for the designed project.
Project Management:
Co-ordination:
Coordination with Client/Consultant regarding progress, critical issues, resource requirements, quality inspections, & meetings.
Close co-ordination with commercial & contracts department for payment application, delay notices, variations & claims, etc.
Coordinating with subcontractors regarding progress of works.
Co-ordination with QA/QC Dept. for inspections & comments.
Co-ordination with Closeout Department for finalizing closing process and document submissions.
Internal co-ordination between Management, engineering & construction teams, to achieve the assigned/ planned targets, through optimum utilization of resources.
Monitoring & Controls:
Project Monitoring & Controlling through Primavera Project Planner (P6, P3).
Preparation and monitoring of cost & resource loaded schedule, fulfilling all contract requirements.
Monitoring of Payment applications with respect to progress of work at site.
Close monitoring of project requirements in terms of workforce, materials, tools & machineries as per project plan.
Monitoring & Controlling of project for any delay and critical issues & implementing corrective measures.
Monitoring & analyzing client complains/feedbacks & reporting to top management.
Preparation of tender program and identify risk factors involved in the project.
Prepare reports by recording of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Progress Curves and Graphs, look-ahead programs, etc. w.r.t. E1 log, E2 log & progress of work at site.
Identify delayed events and factors leading to extension of the project and timely notification of the same to the consultants.
Prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claim in consecutive intervals during the complete phase of the project.
Study and analysis of riser networks/ Area divisions in the projects.
Prepare monthly bills in early stages of the project.
Prepare and monitor detailed Testing & Commissioning schedule for the project.
Understanding project management elements such as time management, cost management, Contracts, Quality control, etc of the companies having different profiles, such as;
Cement Manufacturing Plant, Pune.
Housing Development Office-DSK Rangwara, Pune.
Hyde Park project -Township development project, Pune.
To understand and participate in the concept finalization of the project.
To perform job roles & responsibilities of site engineer from the side of an Architect.
