• Searching of relevant business opportunities (RFP/RFI) from various tender portals, government website in India/Bangladesh/ Nepal, ADB, World Bank websites etc
• Analyze and understand the RFP’s detailed requirements; identify and develop the optimum win strategy and associated appropriate level of response in order to successfully bid and win each contract
• Own and review the overall bid response to client, assessing the risk to delivering a successful bid, and ensuring that these are addressed appropriately under the guidance of senior regional / commercial management
• Maintaining the bid management process by analyzing the RFPs/RFIs as per the Eligibility/evaluation criteria, scope of work, manpower requirement etc. Preparing matrix as per our relevant experience and skills and send the same to higher management for the approval process
• Executing bid management process and bid management best practises for achieving required parameters and necessary approvals to meet client Request for Proposal (RFP) response
• Prepare pre bid queries by reviewing the RFP documents and in consultation with other departments
• Writing/editing required content with appropriate assistance from Subject Matter Experts while adhering to PwC Principles and Guidelines of proposal writing

• Preparing proposal through appropriate and timely engagement of sales, commercial and subject matter experts in the bid process. As required, coordinate the planning activities with other functions and stakeholders in practices
• Review proposal draft content, context, editorial, basic formatting
• Preparing credentials, case studies of past and ongoing projects and maintain the repository of the existing and current proposals for future requirements
• Ensure quality management and compliance as per the organization standard set to submit proposals/EOIs to clients
• Taking responsibility for timely delivery of the requested bid documentation by regular follow up with stakeholders
• Submission of proposals through on line process in various e-portals using digital certificate
• Communicate and coordinate with different teams within the organization to track updates and status of pursuits and update the same in central MIS
• Providing reports on regular basis to higher management regarding proposal present status by taking updates from different teams across service lines.Maintain reports of sales, upcoming opportunities and track current updates
• Be the point of contact between the higher management and other service lines regarding the proposal status and outcomes
• Maintain a repository/library for future efficient use of proposals.
