Duties & Responsibilities
Oracle ERP E-Business Suit implementation Project Coordinator
Analyses 4 companies business needs and choose the proper ERP to be implemented.
Analyses the current Network and infrastructure for 4 companies and redesign it to be able to run the new ERP system.
Design and execution of P2P and MPLS Cloud to connect all companies around KSA to the Data Center.
Revise all ERP implementation project documents “Project Charter, Project management plan, Deliverables documents, Hardware& Connectivity Documents and Security& Infrastructure Docs”
Track leader for Oracle HCM& Projects tracks on AHQ Implementation Project.
Manage, maintain and implement the running old ERP “Segments”.
Acting as IT Manager for all AHQ companies.
DB Administrator, control and manage connections between branches and Head Office.
Responsible for ensuring availability and performance of the databases that support the system;
Work to ensure that the associated hardware resources allocated to the databases and to ensure high resilience and performance tuning;
To proactively monitor the database systems to ensure secure services with minimum downtime
(SQL Server 2000 & 2005 & 2008 and 2012);
Responsible for providing trend analysis to management team to enable them to make informed decisions regarding resource management;
Responsible for troubleshooting and problem solving of SQL development;
Responsible for improvement and maintenance of the databases to include rollout and upgrades;
Design and network administration by Microsoft Techniques ( Domain controller - DHCP -DNS - ISA)
Responsible for ensuring availability and performance of the databases that support the system;
Work to ensure that the associated hardware resources allocated to the databases and to ensure high resilience and performance tuning;
To proactively monitor the database systems to ensure secure services with minimum downtime
(SQL Server 2000 & 2005 and 2008);
Responsible for providing trend analysis to management team to enable them to make informed decisions regarding resource management;
Responsible for troubleshooting and problem solving of SQL development;
Responsible for improvement and maintenance of the databases to include rollout and upgrades;
Responsible for implementation and release of database changes according to agreed timescales and costs;
Working as a trainer of ERP Solutions and HR Programs;
