Being a Project Manager watch and supervise the work and ensure that the standard
of workmanship employed are in accordance with the specification, contract
agreement and client circular.
Review programme monitor the progress of the work according to the project schedule
and inform SPM from time to time
Provide details for extension of time for completion of work, Contractor Variation order
and other claims, from the record prepare a note accordingly and forward it with a
detailed note.
Determining the measurement and value of work and nominated subcontractor.
Submission of drawings and details.
Meeting with Clients/Client and Defense officials regarding future planning
and Progress of work and identify all obstruction and structure which interfere
with in the right -of-way, in preparation in finding adequate solutions.
Prepare report of a problem on at site like Alligator cracks, La-hi bridge link
road and additional work forward to the engineer and client NHA for proper
information and action.
Construction of building for Passport office, Schools, Accommodation, Mosque, Military barracks, Administrative Buildings and building for recreation and entertainment. Culverts, Sewerage, Water Supply Line, RCC Drain System Secant bored pile wall, Raft footing, Combined Footing.
