• Preparation of Budget and Strategic Plan in collaboration with central finance as well business; and prepare variance analysis in comparison with actual along with proper justifications.
• Preparation and update of rolling forecast and provide accurate information to the management. Compare the forecast with budget as well as actual and provide reasons of differences to the management.

• Served as secretary of ALCO and responsible for all the pricing of products, assets and deposits analysis and its variance from targets.
• Continuously Monitored movement in ALM Profit and Loss, Identifying and analyzing its variance compare to Budget with reasoning.
• Monitor bank's market share and position in Pakistani banking industry and analyze Bank’s performance with its Peer Group.
• Preparation of Treasury budget and rolling forecast.
• Preparation of ALCO package and conducting meetings.
• Preparation of revised funds transfers pricing mechanism for the bank and monitoring FTP in the system and ensuring its reliability and completeness by passing corrective adjustments.
• Forecasting of cash flow requirements and preparations of liquidity gap and make recommendations.
• Stress testing, financial/risk modeling and Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP).
• Active participation in issuance of Term Finance Certificate for the bank.
• Active participation in issuance of Tier-II capital of the bank.
• Measurement & Management of Counterparty risk and investment risk.
• Preparation of control strategy for liquidity management and ensure compliance with local as well as international regulations.
• Preparation and update of bank’s Annual Liquidity Contingency Plan.
• Liaising with Finance and Regulatory Capital Management to establish the operating and control procedure for market risk regulatory reporting.
• Preparation and identification of Early Warning Indicators.
• Closely monitoring of regulatory and risk requirements (CRR, SLR).
• Development of Market risk management policy & framework.

Major duties and responsibilities include:
•Preparation of consumer's detailed budget and carry out its reviews.
•Preparation of midterm strategic plan of consumer
•Preparation of monthly and periodic profitability reports for management reporting to be presented internally as well as externally and carry out its reviews.
•Have a leading role in bank's analytics team in order to provide detailed financial and business analysis which include segregating profitable, non-profitable segments, providing accurate and detailed financial analysis for decision support of the bank 's business and finding new growth opportunities
•Responsible for close coordination with all the concerned departments in strategic management of consumer’s finance functions
•Responsible for preparation of financial analysis and feasibility studies of all the new projects of the consumer
•Preparation and maintenance of consumer’s Finance master file and business model
•Coordinating with internal and external auditors during audit
•Lead the process of preparing financial presentations of monthly and quarterly meetings, ALCO committee and cost control committee

•Preparation of monthly Forecast for the bank
•Preparation of Annual Budget of the bank using Oracle Hyperion & Excel Model
•Preparation of bank’s medium term strategic plan and carry out its annual reviews
•Liaison with other groups in gathering data for Budget and Strategic Plan and other assignments
•Carrying out detailed analysis of the financial models/business proposals for various new initiatives or products

•Preparation of annual budget of all the branches of institution
