Major responsibilities:
•Day to day planning, supervision and monitoring of overall site executed work.
•Plan and implement the best practices of construction methodologies and recommends the best options for approval prior to execution at site.
•Undertake general project site observation/ inspection of the structural works of contractor.
•Estimation and resources assignment (Man. Machine, Material and Money) required for prior & during to execution of civil work.
•Monitor health and safety of the construction works and report on the same
•Advise the project manger on aspects of contractors work that are subject to additional works claims
•The Major activities include but not limited to Water proofing, Dewatering Well closure, Floor Preparation, Door fixation, Marble fixing, interlock systems, Paint Application etc.
•Review the comments on drawings and advise the technical department on details
•Assist Technical department in preparations of As-Built drawings.
•Preparation & Submission of Daily, weekly & monthly Progress Reports to all the stake holders on regular basis.
•Responsible for coordination with the client and its partners for any instruction and work inspections.
•Escalating issues and areas of concern to senior managers.
•Ensured staff and sub-contractors timesheets were accurately completed.

Major responsibilities:
•Day to day planning, supervision and monitoring of overall site executed work.
•Prepare weekly and bi- weekly look ahead programs for the works and monitor the progress accordingly
•Evaluate the material, resources and manpower required for different activities.
•Monitor the progress of work compared with the project approved schedule.
•Monitor and improve, if required, productivity of labor and equipments
•Report the material requirements to the procurement department in order to book/purchase the materials timely.
•Perform and lead the Coordination work of all trades on site.
•Monitor the performance of the site engineers and foremen.
•Review and approve the subcontractor monthly invoices.
•Review and follow up material delivery.
•Attending the weekly progress meetings and the technical meetings held with the Client.
