Strategic Human Resource Management:

Disburse salaries on time, meticulously handle company loans
(both cash and vehicles), and maintain comprehensive records
of employee attendance, payroll, and vacation requests.
Recruitment and Personnel Management:
Head the recruitment, selection, and final settlements
processes, ensuring adherence to company standards and
employment laws.
Develop and maintain personnel records, ensuring
completeness, accuracy, and compliance with statutory
requirements.
Conduct orientation sessions for newly hired staff, aligning
them with company policies and fostering a productive
onboarding experience.
Administration and Facility Management:
Take charge of administration responsibilities, including fleet
management, mess operations, security, drivers, office boys,
sweepers, and gardeners.
Supervise and manage daily-wage employees, ensuring
efficient and productive coordination within the administrative
department.
Interface with external and legal entities such as EOBI, Social
Security, Labor Department, Excise, and Industrial Estate
Department.
Handle petty cash matters, overseeing the proactive
management of facilities, furniture, fixtures, equipment, and
office building maintenance.
