Responsible for all HR related matters including but not limited to maintaining daily attendance, leave forms, joining forms, resignation and termination forms, payrolls.
Working on EHRM and EPMS modules.
Responsible for preparing daily, weekly, and monthly duty roaster and annual leave roaster for in coordination with operation teams.
Responsible for performance evaluation of all staffs and keep motivating them for achieving budgeted targets.
Complaints handling and assigning teams.
Weekly & Monthly Municipality Report preparation & submission.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the organization's business goals.
Manage the End-to-End Recruitment Process.
Onboard new employees and provide them with the resources they need to be successful.
Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs.
Manage employee performance, including conducting performance reviews and developing training and development plans.
Resolve employee relations issues, such as disputes, complaints, and grievances.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Organize and maintain personnel records.
Update internal databases.
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
Manage the End-to-End Recruitment Process.
Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues.
Assistance in making HR Policies & Procedures.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the human resources department.
Provide administrative support to the institute, including managing the office budget, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
Plan, organize, and coordinate all administrative activities of the Training Institute.
Schedule and coordinate training sessions, including reserving training facilities, ordering supplies, and coordinating with vendors.
Maintain training records, including trainee lists, schedules, and attendance sheets.
Coordination with Web Developer & related people for maintaining Online Access for all courses
Academic counseling and customer service tasks.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company's business goals.
Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salaries, bonuses, and health insurance.
Provide employee relations support, including resolving employee complaints and grievances.
Administer employee records, including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations.
Other duties as assigned.
Conducting Exit interviews.
Key Account Handling, Payroll, Benefits & Compensation, Bookkeeping, Petty Cash Handling.
Review and preparation of analytical reports on the operational expenditures
Coordinate with purchase department for purchasing and payments matters.
Reconciliation of vendor statements & Banks
Monthly stock taking of Inventory.
