Responsible for managing and to supervise construction projects, ensuring that the company's planning department is up to date with the world wide used techniques to maintain the Enterprise/Project's time frame, resources leveling and cash flow in addition to reserving the company's rights in any issues related to extension of time claims. Develop the planning and cost control techniques, procedures & reporting flow integration between the Planning Department and other departments. Implementing the planning enterprise project control and project management systems using Primavera P-6 & Primavera Contract Management (PCM).
