Administrative Duties..

• Manage all administrative aspects of factory including Time office, Housekeeping Canteen contracts, Security, Hiring of workers, Labor management, Transport, Management.
• Manage office's general administrative files including but not limited to: internal and external correspondence, facilities, contracts, personnel, and appropriate subject files. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive files.
• Manage assets, inventory, rental vehicles and warehouse related matters for Sindh offices.
• Provide and/or supervise transport and logistics services, including but not limited to arranging travel and accommodation for staff and everyday travel arrangements for Project staff.
• Maintain and update vehicle fuel and maintenance reports in Prolog.
• Responsible for procurement and purchases according to logistics policy
• Identify appropriate office and staff housing facilities, as needed and requested; prepare contracts for the rental of facilities, as requested.
• Monitoring vehicle documents, conditions (Vehicle check list form), maintenance and Log books
• Ensure the the all travel required documents before assigning the vehicle ( Approved travel plan, Local Request travel form, out station travel form, coordinate with security head when and where needed).
