Provide direct care to patients. (Nursing Procedure and Nursing Process)
Coordinate with physicians, clinicians, and registered nurses in taking care of patients.
Give comfort and emotional support to patients and patient’s families in regards to patient condition.
Assess and monitor clinical conditions of patients and initiate appropriate care.
Ensure high quality medical support and care -delivery mechanism to patients.
Ensure safe and healthy environment around patient.
Take all precautionary measures to stop infection spreading from one patient to another.
Asses, Organize and Process Health Insurances of patients
Ward Clerk (reliever) - receptionist, record keeping, hospital insurances, patient discharge and billing, medical report, ward stock, stationeries and inventory, auditing

Administer and monitor proper medication, IV fluids, and other life-support systems to patients.
Coordinate with physicians, clinicians, and registered nurses in taking care of patients.

Ensure sufficient nourishment and fluids to patient under care.

Administer vaccination and immunization.
Provide health services to students and employees.
Assess students’ health status.
Identify health problems which may influence a student’s educational program, and/or need additional evaluation.
Assess Organize and Process Students and school employees Health Insurances.
Develop a health care plan for management of health care problems in school settings.
Intervenes in emergency cases, administer medication, and performs health care procedure.
Provide health education and health counseling for students and families, advocates students, provide health and wellness program for students and school employees.
Involved in program planning, management and evaluation and providing outreach to families and linkage with community-based health agencies.
