Comparing actual versus monthly budgeted performance across regions.

Preparation of analytical reports, data gathering, and trend analysis required in the decision- making of the management.

Tracking the project cost and tracking the capital spending.
Preparation of cash flows and forecasts.

Key responsibilities:
Preparing the vendor reconciliations and making the payments to the vendors.
Handling accounts payable of the hospital by liasing with the
purchase department & various vendors.
Tracking the daily revenues of the hospital and observing the trend and reporting the same to the management.
Preparing monthly bank reconciliations.

Key responsibilities:
Preparation and filing of income tax returns with proper tax planning for clients of different categories
Scrutiny of various ledgers i.e. cash & books, journals & BRS
Checking the applicability of the accounting standards and Companies Act provisions.
Checking the internal control procedures for the clients
Detecting frauds & errors in the books of accounts.
Conducted & assisted statutory audits of banks.
Preparation of budgets and variance analysis for various institutions.
