. To provide an ethical and consistent guidelines and approach to the procurement of goods and services.

4. Comply with all aspects of the approved procurement processes and procedures.
5. Instrumental in the selection and appraisal of suppliers from the preferred vendor data base and performance measurement of same.
6. Take part and assist in supplier and service provider negotiations.
7. Ensure all materials and equipment requirements are procured at competitive prices to budget, in accordance within project construction programme/compliance with the project specifications.
8. To promote and uphold the corporate vision and values.
9. A team player with good negotiation, commercial, analytical and organizational skills.
10. Detailed knowledge of the construction industry supply market.
11. Ability to plan workload in a structured manner & prioritize actions project requirements.
12. To be able to communicate both orally and in writing in English.
13. An enthusiastic and conscientious personality able to work as a key member of the project 14. delivery team with minimum supervision.
15. Ability to work to tight deadlines.
16. Ability to identify, consider and propose alternative materials and assess cost effectiveness.

• Identifying and planning procurement activities.
• Select the best suppliers for the company based on their pre-qualifications and references.
• Making sure all purchases are in line with the quality required.
• Proposing procurement plan for their projects;
• Drafting specifications and suggesting sources for delivery;
• Correcting invoices against signed contracts and progress of works/delivery.
• Drafting Graphs, Tables, Comparison Sheets between different timelines for each purchase
to monitor the costing
• Checking invoices against contracts and related financial commitments
• Processing valid procurement requests from all sites,
• Checking specifications and quantities for completeness and plausibility,
• Maintaining procurement files up to date, drafting cost control studies documents,
• Collaborating with technical team, legal, and finance services;
• Drafting email and conventional letters and response to all inquiries and communications
• Guaranteeing stable data exchange and consistent computerized financial records and files.
I have done two years technical deploma in mechanical engineering works.
