Below described are the major responsiblities in SFO as New Product Development Engineer.
• Preparing Standard Operation Procedures for newly developed parts.
• Assembly, trial, post-trial correction, customer communication and commissioning.
• Implementation of various processes on shop floor, whereby controlling production costs, completion of job with minimal time and quality, by keeping in mind various safety and housekeeping standards.
• Development of sheet metal parts from customer samples or customer drawings.
• Preparing process flow diagrams of parts for production.
• Knowledge about general conventional machines like lathe, milling, grinding etc.
• Re designing of existing parts from Quality, Cost and manufacturing point of view.

• Design & Manufactured checking & correction fixtures for model-U assembly line MARUTI UDYOG LTD.
• Riveting fixture.
• Date stamping fixture.
• Soldering fixture.
• Greasing fixture.
• Design & established new assembly line for AUMA INDIA LTD-Torque & limit switch.
• Design & established new process flow, process layout.
• Design assembly line for WESCARE product.
• Designed plant layout for KAY VEE AUTOPLASTICS Vellore.
• Design & manufacturing of tapping fixture for ARWIN MERITOR-Retention plate.
• Redesigned the plant layout to incorporate the new projects.
I was on Training in Nttf Industries Vellore for one year, and had exposure to press tool maintenance and in Quality checking.
