- Assist managers with setting organisational goals, objectives and annual plan.
- Collaborate with HR manager to attract new volunteers for major events.
- General marketing and design duties, incl.: liaising with partners, media bodies and design of event flyers and posters.
- Manage and update social media platforms.
- Assist other colleagues and committees of affiliated community organisations as required, incl.: regional offices with event organisations and marketing enquiries.
- Use Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create an array of documents.
- Assist in ad hoc projects, functions and any duties required.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of census information at all times.
- Record accurate and legible information on all census questionnaires.
- Check the status of addresses and reporting outcome of follow-up visits.
- Report where refusal is encountered.
- Meet with the regional supervisor every two days to report progress.
