Reviewing department reports “Proposals, Sales orders, Samples Customer list update and Customer satisfactions;
Maintain an accurate and effective filing system for the department according to ISO;
Working as a contact point between the Operation Sector Director and the company staff;
Supervising the work of clerical and secretarial staff;
Handling of customer complaints and make sure the problem was solved and the customer is satisfied;
Preparing Tenders with the sales team;
The assistant organization ceremonies of the company;
Coordinating Training plans for the department;
Dealing with complex queries and complaints on the telephone, by email and in person;
Performs other duties as assigned.
Administration of team consists of (50 Hostesses&Promoters) for execution of number of the projects;
Successfully launched and marketed (L&M Pack, ML, Merit Project & Next );
Hire, train and supervise the temporary Hostesses&Promoters needed for the MKTG activities;
Specification arranged temporary according to of case of the market;
Come up with uniform direction for the Marketing team in co-operation with the Brand Manager;
Purchase / produce the Marketing team uniforms;
Handle mter-long MKTG projects (Next Coffees hops database filtration);
Handle summer activities in coordination with the LAMB team; (KA, Retail, Coffeeshops, Beach ) activities ;
Provide efficient feedback on MKTG activities through summarizing&analyzing the implementation team reports in order to address the weaknesses and capitalize on the strengths in similar future activities;
Assist in the portfolio selling events coordination in co-operation with the LAMP Department and in line with the portfolio objectives and strategies set by the Brand Management;
Handling our projects& Events nationwide according to the project plane &arranged all the necessary arrangements for the project and reporting to the Brand manager;
Review with the ware house the product availability to distribute it among sales according to market needs;
Confirm with the warehouse that salespersons returned producer other than sold;
Review with the warehouse the (in&out Dispensers&Packs of Cigarettes) to number restricted deprived in a report by the end of the project;
Review of budget justified with the administration financial;
Assisting in specific budget parts, handling project expenses;
Controlling teamwork, hold weekly discussion with the sales team discussing target and pointing out main guide lines;
Performs other duties as assigned.
