In Charge of all legal matters and reporting to the CEO
Responsibilities:
- Drafting all types of legal contracts related to company scope of work.
- Coordinated on daily basis with all external law offices in relation to company various legal matters
across the GCC.
- Attended all CEO meetings with international suppliers and Drafted all sole distribution contracts
and supply chain agreements with local companies.
- Participated in all internal investigations with HR Dept. and participated in the Panel’s Ruling
- Assisted in drafting General Assembly & Board Of Directors meetings minutes.
- Monitored all correspondences, memoranda, preparing meeting minutes, corporate and
commercial legal documents & contracts .
- Managed the legal Library and kept it updated with all legal amendments.
In charge of clients handling, follow up of cases with five lawyers & Court Submittals.
In charge of preparing of partnership agreements and setting offshore companies in the Free Zones.
Drafting, Reviewing & commenting on all kinds of commercial & Civil contracts.
Areas covered: Bankruptcy, Joint Ventures, Franchising, Software Agreements.
