Reviewing and submission of Project related documents (Material submittals,
Pre Qualifications, Shop Drawings etc.) based on the Approved project
specification.
• Preparation of Project Quality Plan (PQP), Method Statement, Inspection and
Test plan (ITP), checklists with reference to the approved Project
specification.
• Verifying incoming materials based on the approved material submittals,
schedules and Project specification and along with material inspection
request.
• Surveillance for material / Equipment storage and raising Site observation
and Non Conformance report for Noncompliance of quality requirements.
• Conducting frequent On Job Training and explaining requirements of each
specified work to the site working teams and maintaining records for the
same.
• Maintaining proper record for Work, material inspections
• Verification of site installation based on the approved method statement,
project specification & Approved Shop Drawing along with work inspection
request and checklist based on the approved Inspection and testplan.
• Attending / verifying factory test for materials / equipment's as per the
requirement and project specification
• Preparation of Testing and commissioning method statement with reference
to third party / supplier commissioning procedure and projectspecification.
• Verifying / witnessing of T & C as per approved method statement and record
/ reports.
• Preparation of final closeout documents (such as Operation and
maintenance manual, Spare parts list, Asset Registers, Mechanical
completion dossiers, Commissioning dossiers, QC Dossiers, End user training
etc.)
