Landscape and Irrigation Construction and Maintenance
• Established the initial set up of the project in Al Bayt Stadium with the landscape property of 1, 200 trees, 320, 000m2 of grass sods, 4 training pitches.
• Coordinates regularly with the consultant of the on-going works that shall meet with the client’s specification and expectations.
• Prepares the submittal of BOQ’s /Variations that the contract requires.
• Ensures that all HSE requirements and related documents are complied.
• Review the IFC drawings for proper implementation on site.
• Review and submit Baseline program schedule, Submittal register, Procurement schedule and other relevant documents of the project.
• Ensures that IRE, MIR, MAR, RFI are applied consistently.
• Mobilization and installation of site office as per HSE/QCS standard.
• Submit shop drawings of the irrigation design and layout of landscape.
• Attend in the weekly progress meeting with the consultant and coordination meeting with other contractors.
• Ensures that the required manpower, tools, equipment and materials are available in the site.

• Managed the completion of the Landscape & Irrigation project (Construction & Maintenance) of the New Doha International Airport (HIA) that costs 450 million riyals contract.
• Regular coordination with the consultant and client through meetings and site walk downs.
• Prepares and submit shop drawings referring with the IFC drawings.
• Maintain records of all the Material Approval Requests, Material Inspection Requests, Requests for Inspection, Inspection and Testing, to ensure proper documentation in relevance to the BOQ/Variations and Invoicing.
• Submits monthly reports to the consultant.
• Coordinates with sub-contractors and interfaced with other contractors & departments regarding the project activity to go on in the right phase without obstructions.
• Schedules weekly meetings with the Construction Managers, Engineers and key staff regarding the weekly progress report and any problems encountered that causes delay of the project.
• Assures that the procurement of materials, tools, equipment and workforce are followed closely.
• Maintain discipline within the Office building, Laydown area for any safety and security concerns.
• Safety first is always instilled to the HSE personnel first thing in the morning.
• Strict instructions given to the key staff for the proper documentation and processing of excavation permits, specified equipment certificates and operator licenses before the work commences.
• Facilitate for the handover and closeout of the project.

• Top Manager for the department comprising of 4 superintendents, 30 supervisors, 40 foremen and 450 gardeners.
• Prepare designs in landscaping and irrigation that has been implemented on main roads, bridges’ ramps and beach parks.
• Maintained the landscaping property of at least 400 sq. km. landscaping area, with 400, 000 different tree species of trees & palm trees, 400, 000 m2 of shrubs & hedges, 500, 000 m2 of groundcovers & seasonal plants, and 500, 000 m2 of grass lawn.
• Ensures that the daily sanitation of the entire City is well-covered by following the regular routine of litter collection, blowing dry leaves, replacement of trash bags, washing of walkways.
• Prioritize the daily maintenance of the Dar Al Lulu - Prince Villas, VIP park, Chairman’s Villas and Guest houses.
• Coordinates with other department and contractors for joint workforce as per Royal Commission’s special program (Flower Festival, Cleanliness, Beautification, Irrigation maintenance).
• Review and approve design package of landscaping and irrigation by sub-contractors and coordinates with them for initial inspection and final acceptance of the new projects.
