RasGas Company Limited is a liquefied natural gas (LNG) producing company in Qatar. It is the second-biggest LNG producer in Qatar and operates seven LNG trains located in Ras Laffan Industrial City.

Joined the organization as IT Analyst, moved on upward career trajectories, to merit multiple promotion to the position of Head of Business Systems.

• Spearheaded the Business solutions/applications/Operation Business Department in Operation Group. Provided vision, leadership & operational oversight for business related delivered technology solutions across large system and applications.

ShutDown Lesson Learned and Life Cycle Management Projects, 2013 - 2014: Dexterously managed and enabled 2 vital projects to go live in less than a year and meeting the end-users expectation; especially the LCM project that contains national flavor, because it was managed and led by national key players.

GDC Job Family, 2012 - 2014: Served as a key member in developing GDC job family in Sub-Surface Group, and the lead in developing another GDC job family in Operation Group. End-to-end project management right from defining competences to implementing it in business day to day activities, evaluating the employee and developing their training plan.

RasGas Business Continuity, 2012 - 2014: On the group level, sustained the business in less than 16 hours of the incident, handled this challenging work with different team members and business units across the company.
On the corporate level, entrusted with a major related project “RasGas Business Continuity Enhancement Project”.

• Led, managed and advised the development of strategic plans for Business Support Department of Sub-Surface Group.
• Provided dynamic leadership for strategic business planning development and implementation as well as systems development for continuous improvement.
• Proffered effective stewardship for the section’s long and short term planning goals.
• Defined, monitored and updated the overall development plans, with particular emphasis on setting realistic deadlines and ensured that they are met.

Speaker representing RasGas Company and the State of Qatar: On yearly basis, more than 43 Oil and Gas companies gather to discuss their experience in automating the business process. In 2010, as Speaker I represented RasGas Company and Qatar as the 1st Oil & Gas Company implemented P2P vision.

P2P- Procure to Pay Project, 2010 - 2011
Project Leader: P2P is a set of 3 projects (E-MSR, E-Invoice, and E-Contract), developed to enhance and solve major business challenges. Led two teams to achieve the target, first from business side and second from technical side.
In these projects, BSD major business process and procedures get changed, documented, and updated. At the same time, more than 37 sessions were held to raise the awareness level in the group and align all units. 3 groups representing 6 departments were involved in these projects that granted success and proper alignment between all related units (Sub-Surface Group - Business Support Department, Management Services Group - Informational Technology Department & Supply Department, Finance Group - General Accounting Department and Project Accounting Department & Legal Team).

SBO- Supply Business Optimization Project, 2008 - 2009
Key Team Member: Handled Business and system workflow, configuration, and programming. Prepared the AS-IS and TO-BE phases and got it done in SAP system.

SAP ECC6 Upgrade Project, 2008
Key Team Member: Upgrade strategy plan, successfully handled data migration from one server to another and after going live re-solve issues in less than 24 hour without any negative affect to business.

SCR- SAP Change Request, 2007
Project Leader: Automated the manual process of asking any changes in the SAP system. Developed AS-IS and TO-BE plan as well as supervised and followed- up with the implementation phase.

Developer in SAP: Served as an ABAPer within different business functionalities (HR, FIN, MM, PS, etc...), developed new reports, enhanced transaction for business needs, and created new Business solution in SAP.
Successfully develop the first 28 program without participating in any training program.

EDP- Employee Development Project, 2006
Key Team Member: Nominated by MGS management to be one of their focal point in this project. Supported the team in preparing the AS-IS and TO-BE RasGas organization chart taking in consideration the competences in different job families and individual career development.

Alrahma Almohda; International Project, 2006 - 2008
Key Team Member: This project was my first biggest international project. Developed new reports, enhanced transactions for MM business needs as well as designed new solutions in SAP to solve certain business issue.

Key Team Member: Planned allocation of budget (CAPEX and OPEX) in certain cost center, conducted budget analysis, followed- up with section head in the IT department, and updated the SAP system with correct information after proper alignment it with Finance team.

Project Manager - System Administrator: This project was the 1st e-learning solution in all RasGas company. Managed a team from third party Company who developed this solution as per RasGas business needs.
