Resident Engineer responsible for Managing SSH Supervision Team on the Expansion of Adan Hospital Project for the Ministry of Health (MOH).
The project is design Build with a budget of KD. 230 Mil.
Responsible for Managing SSH Project Management and Supervision Team on the Marine Facilities Upgrading Project constructing two Harbors for Kuwait oil Co. (KOC).
Representing Kuwait Fund for Arab economic Development (KFAED) in Bahrain to Insure the proper utilization of Kuwait grant (US$ 2.5 Billion) and Bahraini Authorities compliance with KFAED regulations and procedures, all in complete transparency of the project management from master planning to projects completion.
The SOW covers the whole process starting from master planning till project completion and handing over. i.e. documents preparation, selection of Consultants, preparation of Tender Documents and selection of Contractors, close follow up of construction planning, actual progress and payments, issuance of variation order and resolution of disputes.
. Manage designated projects; organization of projects, construction activities from mobilization to deployment of manpower, equipment, materials.
. Ensure that company's safety plan is applied on projects.
. Ensure that quality, time and cost targets are met.
. Monitor the overall construction progress of projects.
. Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
. Liaising with clients and consultants.

Job Description: In charge of the overall management of the company projects.
Main running Project was Olympia Complex which consists of:
Asian Olympic Committee H.Q. Bldg,
Two Offices Towers,
Mall
Hilton Hotel.
Those were at different stages of design, Construction and Operation. The work was carried out with fast-track design approach and utilizing multi-packaging system.

Project Description: The project envisages refurbishment and expansion of the existing small boat harbor together with the associated infrastructure and facilities at south pier area. In addition to the construction of a new small boat harbor together with associated infrastructure and facilities at north pier area.

Duties:
* Management of design activities by the various trades including specialist Sub-Consultants to insure complete design and tender documents within the allocated budget and meeting all design criteria.
* Prepare and implement a quality assurance (QA) plan to assure compliance with plans and specifications in accordance with the contract.

Project Details:
Construction of a high-rise world class headquarters building.
The project comprises Office Tower, 5 stars Hotel & Shopping Mall with Banquette Halls, SPA, Clinics, Cinemas, Food Court and Restaurants with related facilities, on plot area of 6, 393 m2.
The total built-up area is 170, 000 m2 containing the following: 3 storey underground Car park, 10 storey Podium retail/ entertainment, 13 storey Hotel Tower above podium and 70 storey Office Tower with a total height of 340 m above ground level.
Duties:
Manage the Design & Construction of mixed use development adopting a fast-track approach with Multiple-Prime Contractors.
Included proper implementation of Cost, Time, Quality Assurance, Risk, and Information Management techniques including Safety plans for delivering the project on time, within budget, and to the quality desired.

Work Description:
• Technical and Commercial evaluation of PMC's prepared documents and performance.
• Develop a Contract Administration Manual (CAM) for better quality control of the various project deliverables, activities, contractual commitments and bids evaluation.
• Monitoring CAM implementation through conducting presentations and workshops for KOC personnel.
• Recommend improvements to PMC's contract for future implementations.

Project Description: Consisted of approximately 30 packages of faculties, supporting buildings and infrastructure over three campuses, in addition to renovating some of the existing buildings.
Budget: KD 180 Million.
Duties:
•Control contract administration functions including variation order negotiations, progress payment approval, and schedules analysis.
•Manage field construction activities and coordinated the work of prime contractors, consultant and ministry staff of the various contracts running simultaneously.
•Review and analyze claims including providing detailed analysis of the acceleration, delay and disruption, and overhead claims.
•Participate in several design and construction claim resolution committees.
•Monitor consultants' procedures concerning time and adherence to contract and acceptable standards.
•Monitor performance of contractors and consultants and making proper recommendations.

Project Description: The project consisted of approximately 30 packages of faculties, supporting buildings and infrastructure over three campuses, in addition to renovating some of the existing buildings.
Main Duties:
•Ensuring implementation of the site supervision manual by the respective site supervisors.
•Follow-up the progress of the work in order to assure adherence by each of the contractors to the coordination procedures established.
•Attending progress meetings for each of the projects and preparing a summary report on a bi-weekly and monthly basis.
•Analyzing the Contractor's invoices and values for variation orders in respect of the scope, reason, time and cost.
