Arab Sea Information Systems Saudi joint stock company specialized in the production of computer programs for commercial and governmental organizations, also provide solutions, information systems and government projects implementation in the IT sector.

My main role is to give the technical support through remote session using TeamViewer for "SMACC Accounting Application" and problems related to Operating Systems and Networking and this done as the follow,

- Receive technical support tickets through our MCM web portal.
- Reserve the support ticket and read the problem description.
- Contact the client and check with them if the problem is still present and collect extra information.
- Ask the client to provide us with the TeamViewer credentials to access their system.
- Take a backup for the client's Database then start troubleshooting their problem to decide weather it's an application, operating system or networking problem.
- Start resolving the clients problem depending on its type.
- After resolving the problem, we check with the client that everything is functioning well and make sure they are satisfied about it.
- Check with the client if there is another issue.
- If not, we change the status of the ticket to "Finished" and if we couldn't resolve the problem we release the ticket and escalate it to the next level.

Graduation Project Grade: Excellent Topic: Surveillance Robot Objective: A 4WD car that is controlled by wireless signals to move and do surveillance that could be shared worldwide over the internet through a secured web application. On the other hand there is an attached handler to the robot that is also a part of the controlled components, it's meant to carry things and can be used for laser aiming. All is connected to a portable power source that can deliver up to 100A per second for reliable power delivery.
