Prepare the complete work package ( P&ID, Isometric Drawing, Equipment specification, Blind list, Material list, Procedures, and work scope)

Verifying work scope in field (photos, tagging, site preparation(scaffolding & insulation) …etc

Create Reservations for Internal Material
Create Purchase Requisition for External Spares
Stock material Issues and Create Purchase Order for all external services requirements (lump sum contractors including columns, vessels, exchangers, Compressors, CV & PSV overhauling, scaffolding, insulation activities, crane requirements, manpower requirements …etc)
Print Pick list for Stock Items and send it to maintenance and ware house for spare issuing
Receive Delivery from Vendors
Review the quotations received from contractor and give our comments and recommendation
Arrange the interview with all contractor for the activities
Arrange the site visit for contractors to know the scope of work / activities
Prepare a file with all PR information and contractors contact numbers and there mobilization progress
Create PRIMAVERA P6 schedule by listing all activities and Identify the critical path and resources required and discuss with concerned discipline for optimisation
Incorporate the time line of the other projects into the schedule
Identify and mitigate all HSSE issues
Prepare, review and distribute the daily schedule during execution
Estimate, plan and incorporate the approved additional work into the Schedule.
Mobilization and demobilization for contractors into site through the planner coordination
Prepare the daily progress report
Generate closing report
Create a return slip for all non used spears.
Communicate with contractors to submit the invoices in order to review it and create the SES.
Planning and Coordination of all mechanical projects including the Fabrication shop.
Monitoring of welding and cutting processes and ensures the specification standards.
Regular contact with consultants, machinery supplier and planning arrangements and proposing amendments.
Scheduling day by day activities of the project and coordination of manpower, machineries and reporting to Project manager.
Maintaining and evaluating the project drawings by doing the necessary modification as per the requirements by using AUTOCAD.
Evaluation of Structural drawings and splitting up the mechanical drawings for the fabrication and guide the supervisors for the fabrication.
Engage and participate in safety and quality related reviews.
