Responsible for preparing the following drawings:-
o Drainage & water supply Shop drawings
o M.E.P services co-ordination drawings
o Co-ordination drawings for MEP services at shaft
o RCP co-ordination drawing
o Builders work drawings for MEP services
• Responsible for analyzing the layout of drainage piping with respect to the slope, location of fixtures pipe to be used and the actual location of stub-out.
• Responsible for making water supply layout including with water meter & pump room rooms details for DEWA submission.
• Responsible for the distribution of the sizes of pipelines of every unit.
• Setting up of standard, this will be used for the entire job, if they didn’t provide any delegating of detailing works to subordinates for faster and more accurate completion.
• Preparation of shop drawing for Air-conditioning system.
• Preparation of shop detail such as Exhaust Fan mounting detail, Fan coil unit, Ahu’s, etc.
• Estimate all the materials and equipment such as ductworks, piping, etc.

• Evaluate site condition in installation of ductworks and piping.
• Preparation of Shaft Co-ordination for MEP Services
• Preparation of Builders Work Layout for MEP Services
• Preparation of Schematic Diagram for mechanical services
• Preparation of MEP as Built Drawings.
