• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.

All engineering issues (RFI, Material Data Sheet, Material Sample Approval...)
Structural shop drawing including (form work, steel reinforcement and BBS).
Architectural shop drawing including (block work, plaster and elevations).
Interior shop drawing including (flooring, ceiling, walls…)
Quantity surveyor and take off sheet.
Preparing invoices, interim payment certificate and claims.
Prepare variation orders with break down for the additional activities.
Time line schedule using Ms Project.
Control and follow the projects materials according to specification and codes
Preparing B.O.Q and tender document for new projects.
Preparing material list for procurement department and follow the delivery dates.
Document controller for all projects.
