Mainduties:
· Supervising the construction work and making sure the building is built
according to the project construction drawings.
· Attending site meetings, both with construction management and Main
Contactor.
· Logs and monitors all contractors’ submittals. (Correspondence and shop
drawings) to assure timely response.
· Assists as applicable, with pre-tender and pre-construction activities for
contracts relative to his site and provides input for all change orders and claims
analysis.
· Verifies that all drawings and documents are in compliance with current codes
and standards.
· Check and comments on material and equipment submittals to be incorporate
in permanent/ temporary works.
· Checking of shop drawings, builders work drawings, coordinated composite
drawings etc., resolve and conflict in coordination with other engineers.
· Monitors the status of submittals, drawings, compare the status with the
contractor's approved program.
· Reviews the proposed materials samples and literature against the contract
specifications, drawings and B.O.Q.

Accomplishments:
· Regular site visits to check on progress, ensuring that the project is running on
time and to budget.
· Redesign the architectural tender drawings as per client requirements.
