Job description includes but not limited to the following:
1. Set business performance targets from both financial and operational perspectives (volume, cost and margin).

7. Close monitoring and reviewing the monthly P&L to ensure that the financial & profitability targets are being met.
8. Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships.
9. Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

Job description includes but not limited to the following:
1. Establishing Project Management Department for RS Egypt factory.
2. Monitoring the Engineering, production shipping schedules to ensure fulfilling RSI delivery commitments with the clients.
3. Reviewing the contracts signed with the clients technically and commercially (Contract Administration).
4. Ensuring the fulfillment of RSI contractual obligations.
5. Master Planning for the factory load.
- Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the Egyptian market.

1. Establishing Roots Steel Sales Office in Egypt.
2. Setting the strategic objectives for the Sales department in line with the company's grand strategies to ensure a long term profitable growth. 3. Recommending the appropriate business strategies that are suitable to be used in the Egyptian market after analyzing the competitive forces and the external opportunities and threats. 4. Developing the sales and marketing plan in line with the company's grand and business strategies. 5. Initiating and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new markets. Conducts one-on-one review with all Sales Engineers to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales Engineers sales and activity performance.
6. Drive development of strong customer base and relationship management for key strategic customers.
7. Meeting key customers regularly to keep an ongoing feedback mechanism on service provided. 8. Project closing & signing contracts with the clients.
9. Organizing and participating in trade exhibitions. 10.Recruiting, testing and hiring Sales Engineers based on the criteria agreed upon by senior management.

Being the only Sales Engineer I've participated in selling & finalizing a lot of projects and making a huge base of clients in the Northern Emirates. The job description is similar to that of Senior Sales Engineer.
During this period I've participated in monitoring more than 60 Engineering projects located in Egypt & Africa inside the company. My job description includes the following tasks: 1. Project progress monitoring. 2. Monitoring the Engineering schedules, the production schedules & the shipping schedules & comparing these schedules with the pre determined schedules which are put based on the complexity & priority of projects. 3. Reviewing the contracts & specially the payment terms. 4. Monitoring the financial status of the project. 5. Analyzing the project costs. 6. Coordinating & issuing claims against departments which make mistakes that lead to cost over run or behind schedule projects. 7. Visiting the project site for local projects during the erection stage to solve any problem that faces the erection crew & needs the head office aid.
