Production Planning
Prepare of all production plans, Yearly, monthly & weekly in accordance to sales forecast for both local & export
Updating the production plans on periodical basis to meet local sales, export requirement or production constrains
Monitor all stock levels for products
MRP
Prepare requirement of imported materials for both Raw materials & Packaging materials according to sales forecast with the consideration of lead time (from 3 to 6 months)
Prepare requirement of local raw materials on monthly basis according to sales forecast
Prepare requirement of local packaging materials on weekly basis according to weekly production plan
Updating supply plans on periodical basis to meet any changes of forecast or production plans to prevent shortage of materials or over storage capacity
Monitor all stock levels for both raw & packaging materials
Responsible for raw materials consumption on all production lines & supervise a production line
Review materials consumption according to BOM’s in periodical base for all production lines
Finding the reasons of any up normal deviation of materials
Assistance to production manager for any development of products or issue a new product
Prepare many reports for production lines (Line Eff., Cap. Util., Prod. Vs Maximum Cap., labor productivity, monthly production comparison)
Supervise a production line from A to Z
Supervise material requirements for the production
Verification of smoothly production flow & printing data on packaging materials
Prepare a production report at the end of shift
Act to remove any obstacles to the productive process
Supervise sanitation process for production lines
Verification of food safety at every stage at production line
Verification of product weight
Verification of printing data of packaging materials
Co-operate with the production team to solve any problem causes food risk
Isolate any product out of Specs
