Job Title:-
-- Preparing offers, Tenders and Replying all correspondences with customers and suppliers.
- Contacting suppliers negotiating with them prices shipping terms & conditions.
- Logistics: Contacting shipping companies negotiating with them prices and follow up the shipments from suppliers through shipping companies until delivery to the customer.
- Able to write professional reports and minutes of meetings.
- Navigating the Internet searching for New Products, Suppliers or Manufacturers or Distributors.
Job Duties:-
- Coordinate contacts between different departments and Chairman
- Handling all problems to keep the work moving smooth
- Responsible for the international contacts with the manufacturers
- Follow up the delivery orders and money collections
- Contacting suppliers negotiating with them prices shipping terms & conditions.
- Logistics: Contacting shipping companies negotiating with them prices and follow up the shipments from suppliers through shipping companies until delivery to the customer.
