Working as software implementation specialist on enterprise resource planning program that's making me can deal with several departments such as (accounting DEP, inventory DEP, procurement DEP, sales DEP, fixed assets DEP, human resources' DEP, custom clearance DEP, transportation DEP, storage yards DEP, hotel management DEP)
my job is train the employees to be qualified to use a software and to be aware about each function in a software and how they go to deal with all accounting transactions for all those departments plus giving them the advises and suggests around the work flow of each department.
An additional to dealing with all transactions that belong to all expenses and revenues for my company beside to handling all clients and help them to check their accounts, doing the adjustments for accounts that need adjust and making reconciliation with banks to make sure that all banks accounts are correct for my company.

إضافة إلى التعامل مع جميع المعاملات التي تنتمي إلى جميع النفقات والإيرادات لشركتي بجانب التعامل مع العملاء ومساعدتهم على التحقق من حساباتهم ، وإجراء التعديلات للحسابات التي تحتاج إلى ضبط وإجراء التسويات مع البنوك للتأكد من صحة جميع حسابات البنوك لشركتي.
