● Work closely with Quality Department to ensure clinker quality will deliver the optimum product quality at the minimal operation cost.
● Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) whenever there are failures to prevent reoccurrences.
● Make recommendations to modify process designs, operating systems and hardware/software equipment to optimize the process.
● Work closely with electrical, instrument and maintenance departments to ensure reliability of the various operating units.
