•Establishing Eastern Region Manpower Affair Team.
•Facilitating the daily, weekly and monthly team operations.
•Reporting the status and the workflow of the team.
•Preparing the Annual & Quarter Reports of Manpower Affairs.
•Handle Muqeem System to process: Exit & Re-Entry visas, Iqama’s issuance & renewal, Driving Licenses issuance & renewal, and other related governmental tasks.
•Take care of the Regional Banking Payments of Manpower Affairs department.
•Verify and Assure the Regional Headcount and status Accuracy Reporting through AX system.
•Reporting & Closing CRM cases.
•Manage the Quality Control of the department's operation.
•Develop and Improve Team’s Operations.
•Develop a unique procedure and workflow to expedite and enhance the logistics and support of the supplied manpower to fulfill the special demands of some of the major clients such as SABIC.
•Keep controlling the time management of the team members.

•Assigned also as a Recruitment Specialist position on acting basis to explore adequate resumes, conduct candidate’s interviews, and final selection.
