‏For the external communications:
 
‏1. Communication with Debtors as Engage in effective conversations to collect outstanding amounts.
2. Develop flexible repayment plans with debtors .
3. Track payments and ensure timely fulfillment of outstanding amounts.(Monthly)
4.Engage in negotiations and explore settlement solutions to alleviate debt burdens.
5. Prepare Statement of account reports and analyses to assess debtors' financial situations.
6. Clearly communicate financial circumstances and the importance of repayment in a professional manner.
‏7. Prenting Tax invoices periodically.
 
‏For the internal communications:
 
‏1. Communication with Parts Representatives for Service Order Cancellations.
‏2. Cancellation of Invoices for Customers (Cash or Credit).
‏3. Collaborate with the credit department to explore solutions for critical invoices, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
‏4. Communication with the Finance Department for Invoice Linking (Cash or Credit) to resolve issues related to linking invoices, both for cash transactions and credit payments.
